Interview Experiences
PD gives thorough intro to program and future directions, 3 faculty interviews, long resident tour.
laid back. interview with three attendings.
Three interviews, laid back, nice facilities. Was told program is faculty driven so residents arent responsible for pushing crazy volume.
Laid back, short day.
Great combined TY/radiology day
Nice.

Program Advantages
Faculty, location.
very nice community hospital with awesome perks. great location in seattle. most residents ride bike to work.
Seattle is an awesome city. Weather is strangely mild all year round which is perfect for me. Faculty has a pretty strong pedigree and they like to teach. Faculty driven program means residents arent responsible for pushingn volume. Good relations wit
Small, intimate. Great hybrid-model program.
Most underrated program I interviewed at. Program would run without residents so you only do things to further your training. Great benefits, great city. Get UW lectures and most do fellowships there.

Program Disadvantages
Size/call schedule.
Small size wasnt ideal for me. Residents here were alright. Not sure about volume here.
Less academic.
Lesser known and small class, Might not be the place if you're gung ho for academia.
Small program. Feeds off of UW for everything. Minimal research.
