Program Advantages
You operate, a ton, like all the time. If it requires 10,000 hours to become an expert in anything, this program will make you an expert surgeon. The residents do get along very well. The program is developing at a blistering pace with 5 faculty in 2 y

Program Disadvantages
Little diversity among the residents and attendings. In house call all 5 years. I'm not sure I share Dr. Keen's philosophy on clinic time. I think it's essential to learn 'when' in addition to 'how' to operate during residency.
no research (which could be an advantage for some), pretty much all time spent in single hospital, didn't feel that I fit in here, didn't like Philly
